Summer Open Exhibition 2021 Picture This & Small Pictures

Wiltshire Creative Summer Open Exhibition 2021: Picture This & Small Pictures
Building on the success on our previous Summer Open Exhibitions, we are once more providing a platform for the talent which flourishes in and around the county of Wiltshire. However, after the difficult year we have had Wiltshire Creative has decided to approach our Summer Exhibition slightly differently. On the one hand, over the past year we have had to cancel many exhibitions, but on the other we also know about the huge surge of lockdown creativity. We would like to address and offer the opportunity to celebrate this in our Summer Exhibition 2021. This is why we will curate this exhibition in two parts.
One part of our Summer Exhibition will be an exhibition selected from the submitted works by Salisbury Photography Club (previously Salisbury Camera Club) members titled Picture This. Presenting the work of the club exploring many photographic genres with the aim of showcasing photography as an important art form. Salisbury Photograhy Club was established in 1936 and has been providing an opportunity for members to share their enjoyment and passion for all forms of photography since then. Salisbury Photography Club is a member of the Southern Counties Photographic Federation which itself is affiliated with the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain. This exhibition was selected by Tony Oliver ARPS CPAGB BPE4*, Dr Jane Osbourne LRPS and Mirka Golden-Hann, and was originally planned for January but had to be cancelled due to Covid lockdown. We are very pleased to be able to share it with you now.
FREE entry, no ticket required
This exhibition can be viewed Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 3pm
