Welcome to Wiltshire Creative. These Terms and Conditions govern use of our services and facilities. By attending our events or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Thank you for your co-operation and support.

Ticket Purchase & Refunds

Ticket Purchase

• Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at our box office.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Advertised ticket prices include any applicable fees and levies.
• Prices are subject to change dependant on demand, book early for the best seats at the best prices.

Discounts and Offers

• Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined or used in retrospect. Proof of eligibility may be required.

Resale of Tickets

• Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

• All tickets are sold as non-refundable unless the show is cancelled, rescheduled or you have opted to purchase ticket refund protection from Secure My Booking at the time of purchase.
• Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and can be made up to 48 hours prior to a performance within the season, but not thereafter.
• A £3 charge per ticket applies to all exchanges, along with any difference in the ticket price.
• Wiltshire Creative Supporters can exchange a ticket with no £3 exchange fee up to 24 hours before an event.
• Please be aware that exchanges must:
  • be for the same run or show at the same venue
  • be for tickets of the same or higher value
• In the event of a ticket exchange, if you have purchased Secure My Booking ticket refund protection, this protection will be transferred to your new booking.
• If you can no longer attend an event for any reason, please contact our Ticket Sales team by phone (01722 320 333) or email (ticketsales@wiltshirecreative.co.uk) no later than 48 hours before the performance starts.

Ticket Refund Protection

• For a worry-free purchase, add ticket refund protection (provided by SecureMyBooking) when booking your tickets. Our ticket refund protection allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price. With ticket refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:
  • Accident, injury, or illness including COVID (terms apply)
  • Severe weather preventing travel to the venue
  • Travel delays due to breakdown or public transit failures and strikes

• Please be aware that ticket refund protection can only be added at the point of purchase, it cannot be added retrospectively.

Changes and Cancellations

Programme and Pricing Changes

• Wiltshire Creative reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, cast and ticket prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Event Cancellation

• In the unlikely event of a performance cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or exchange.
• Where a refund is sought due to cancellation or rescheduling by Wiltshire Creative, the refund will equal the face value of the ticket but exclude any delivery fee or additional items including charitable donations or ticket refund protection.

Attendance and Conduct

Admission

• Wiltshire Creative reserves the right to refuse admission. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Photography and recording

• For copyright reasons, photography or recording of performances is not permitted. It can also distract cast and audience members.

Behaviour

• All attendees must behave in a respectful manner. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Children

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some performances may have specific age restrictions; please check before booking.

Facilities

• We strive to make our venues accessible to all. Please contact our box office in advance to discuss any specific accessibility needs.

Companion Seats for Carers

• For audience members with disabilities who are unable to attend a performance unless accompanied, upon purchase of a full-price ticket we are happy to offer an additional seat free of charge for a companion to book these please contact ticketsales@wiltshirecreative.co.uk

Safety & Security

Searches

• For your safety, bag checks or personal searches may be conducted upon entry.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons, illegal substances, and any items considered dangerous are strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Wiltshire Creative is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged while on our premises.

Data Protection

Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Marketing

• By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from Wiltshire Creative. You can opt out at any time.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
