Box Office Opening Hours

Our box office phone lines and desk at Salisbury Playhouse are open Monday – Saturday, 11am – 4pm.

Lost Property

Found bank cards will be kept securely for 24 hours only before being destroyed. Other items of lost property will be kept for 30 days before being discarded or donated to a local charity shop as appropriate.

To enquire about an item that you may have left at one of our venues, email us on info@wiltshirecreative.co.uk including a description of the item and which performance you attended. Alternatively, enquire in person at our box office desk at the Playhouse.

We are unfortunately unable to bear the cost of posting items of lost property back to their owners. Owners may either collect from one of our venues, or send us a Royal Mail stamped self-addressed envelope.
