Young Ambassadors

Our Young Ambassadors group is open to any young person aged 14-21. They are individuals who are interested in a variety of art forms and meet monthly to support and inform Wiltshire Creative’s work with young people in Salisbury and the wider county.

In recent years, the Young Ambassadors have produced a range of events and opportunities including Jam Nights, Band Nights, music making workshops, youth socials and talks with arts professionals. They have also programmed the award-winning show BREATHE: a rollercoaster love-letter to the lifesaving power of music by SK Shlomo and Rap Masterclasses with Isaiah Dreads. The Young Ambassadors have acted as a youth panel for Wiltshire Council, sat on recruitment panels, and funded Youth Provision projects within Salisbury.

Being a Wiltshire Creative Young Ambassador is fantastic for your CV or university applications and allows you to demonstrate professional skills to use in furthering your career. In return, Young Ambassadors can receive discounts to use in Wiltshire Creative venues and invites to Press Nights.
