About Yoga & Pilates Fusion for Young People

Join in with new yoga and Pilates-based wellbeing sessions for young people aged 14 – 19 in a safe, inclusive environment with Hatti Radford of Define Wellness.

These workshops will offer a blend of:

  • Gentle strength and mobility
  • Breathwork and relaxation
  • Confidence-building through movement
Designed to support young people with:
  • Stress and anxiety management
  • Building confidence and self-awareness
  • Feeling more connected and grounded

Session Dates:
Thursdays 5pm – 6pm
12, 19 & 26 November

Sessions can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis for £11 or save money by booking all three for £30.
