Mikol Curteis
Mikol’s career has been spent working in the Food and Beverage sector. Firstly as a trained chef working for the Royal Air Force, 5-star restaurants, hotels and private clubs in London such as Hyde Park Hotel or The Cafe Royal. Then secondly as a Purchasing Manager, responsible for supplier contracts and relationships and all commercial performance on impulse food and beverage items for various blue chip companies such as Carnival UK, Budweiser and currently for the National Trust.
