Eleanor Wills
Eleanor Wills graduated from the LSE, starting her career as a graduate trainee at the Bank of England, before moving to the transport sector. Eleanor has since worked in the civil service, as a consultant at the Big Four, working on the largest reforms to rail since the privatisation of the 1990s, and latterly for two rail operators. Outside of work, Eleanor is a Girlguiding Ambassador for the South West promoting her initiative to get more young women into public life. A former local Councillor, Eleanor is a passionate advocate for the arts and the role it can play in supporting and invigorating local communities.
