Birthe is an organisational culture expert, board advisor, consultant, former diplomat and founder of Culture Dividend Ltd. With over 30 years of global, cross-sector experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, she has led large-scale cultural and behavioural change programmes tied to strategy, risk, and employee effectiveness.

Her multi-faceted career gives her a unique blend of perspective on how culture impacts outcomes and can unlock sustainable performance in complex high-pressure environments.

Strongly believing in the power of community, she is a Trustee for the national charity We Are With You and serves on her local PCC.
