Birthe is a board level advisor and thought-leader for organisational culture, mediator, coach and conference speaker. With 30 years cross-industry and global experience, she credits positive work-place cultures with delivering greater success for organisations, regardless of their size.

Birthe started her career as a German diplomat in Paris, Belgrade, Tashkent and Washington DC. Followed by 12 years in consultancy, she spent the last 15 years as a senior leader and culture expert at a major global Bank.

Believing in the strength of community, she is a co-optee to the Board of Trustees for the national charity We Are With You and serves on her local PCC.
