New Ways to Get Creative
We’re launching an expanded Take Part programme at Salisbury Arts Centre, packed with new creative opportunities for all ages, and booking is open now!
Running from 11 April until the summer holidays, the pilot season features 20 new activities led by 16 local artists, from adult art courses and writing groups to music-making for young people, early years sessions and professional development for artists. Sessions will take place across the building in the Art Room, White Room Studio and Media Room, bringing even more creativity into the building.
The programme has been shaped in collaboration with local residents, volunteers, artists and teachers, alongside much-loved activities already based at the Arts Centre, including Dance Six-0, Wiltshire Creative Academy and Stage 65 Youth Theatre.
We’re also trialling a volunteer-run pop-up café every other Thursday from 23 April, offering low-cost refreshments in a relaxed, buggy-friendly space where everyone is welcome to drop in and connect.
With more local artists and more ways to get involved, it’s a great time to step into Salisbury Arts Centre and try something new.
