In preparation for celebrating the 60th anniversary of our youth theatre group Stage 65 in 2025 we are thrilled to announce we have launched a Facebook group as a central place for our Alumni to communicate.

Starting off as a young theatre goers' group in 1965, it quickly developed into a youth theatre working with directors from Salisbury Playhouse to put on their first production in 1966, The Girls and the Boys by David Campton. Since then the group have taken audiences along the yellow brick road to OZ, defeated Captain Hook alongside Peter Pan and the lost boys, journeyed into middle earth with Bilbo Baggins and followed the white rabbit to Wonderland. Over 200 plays have been presented over the last 6 decades.

For nearly 60 years young people in and around Salisbury have joined the Stage 65 community as performers, technicians and stage managers. Many of whom continue their creative careers as professionals and some have gone on to be familiar household names.

We are keen to hear from anyone who has been a Stage 65 member who wish to reconnect with old friends and leaders and remember past productions. We have launched a Facebook page for alumni to join.
