Wiltshire Creative is delighted to announce the full cast for this year’s festive pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk, written by Plested, Brown and Wilsher and directed by Artistic Director Gareth Machin.
Returning to Salisbury Playhouse as Jack is George Olney (Chicago UK Tour, Mamma Mia! West End), joined by Isabella Mason (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang UK Tour) as Jill, Eloise Runnette (Sister Act UK Tour) as Dolly the Cow, Thomas Sutcliffe (Tina – The Tina Turner Musical) as Pavarotti Perkins, Emma Norman (The Pirate Queen, West End) as Fleshcreep and Dan Smith in the larger-than-life role of Dame Caroline Trotter.
Also returning after last year’s Sleeping Beauty are Nic James as Fairy Fabulous, with Bella Donald and Brandon Thompson as onstage swings.
Set and costume design comes from award-winning Katie Lias, winner of Best Costume Design at the 2025 UK Pantomime Awards for her work on Sleeping Beauty. She is joined by lighting designer Nic Farman, sound designer Michael Scott, choreographer Julia Cave, and musical director Daniel Looseley, with casting by Natalie Gallagher CDG.
Artistic Director Gareth Machin said: “What a fantastic cast we’ve brought together. I can’t wait to welcome back so many familiar faces and to say hello to some wonderful actors joining us for the first time.”
Jack and the Beanstalk opens at Salisbury Playhouse on 4 December, with previews from 29 November (press night: 3 December), and runs until 11 January 2026.

Emma began her career as a Production Vocalist at the historic Granada Studios in Manchester – after which she spent 25 years as a touring session/backing vocalist before retiring to work in Casting and Artist Management.
