City beats is a rap project for young men aged 18-25 in Salisbury.
Wiltshire Creative have commissioned Dorset-based rapper Isaiah Dreads to lead a project for young men in Salisbury in 2024. City Beats will enable a small group of 18 – 25 year old men to learn to write and perform rap, and aims to create a safe space for young men improving participants’ confidence and wellbeing.
Between February and May 2024 Isaiah will lead monthly workshops at Salisbury Arts Centre teaching how to write, perform and record rap with an opportunity to perform at Salisbury International Arts Festival 2024!
