What a fantastic journey we have had this year! After bidding farewell to Salisburyshire in January, we embarked on an exhilarating escapade with The 39 Steps, featuring an incredible cast playing over 150 characters between them as they took us up to the Scottish Highlands. The theatrical journey continued with an electrifying quest across Paris with our adaptation of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code. After some mysterious goings on back in Blighty with Blithe Spirit, we were once again whisked away to the shadowy streets of Venice with the thrilling Don't Look Now.

May and June saw over 13,700 people enjoying Salisbury International Arts Festival, including 1,100 brave souls taking FLIGHT with an immersive experience inside a shipping container in Guildhall Square. Another highlight of the festival was Thomas Hardy in Words and Music with the stunning backdrop of Stonehenge at sunset.

Our Take Part team have helped enrich the lives of people from all backgrounds and of all ages by increasing access to high quality art experiences. Thanks to your generosity, we have gifted 1,000 tickets to our pantomime to those who would not otherwise have been able to experience the magic of live theatre. We have provided 65 reduced and bursary places for young people to access our youth theatre, Stage 65, who celebrated their 60th anniversary with a first-class performance of The Jungle Book in July.

Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Wiltshire Creative this year. 2,466 of you have added a donation when purchasing tickets and many more have donated through our Christmas Appeal and by being a Supporter, not to mention the support for our café, bar and ice cream sales!

Here's to an even bigger 2026!
