The Head of People leads the People function within Wiltshire Creative, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive service supporting line managers and having oversight of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through performance and reward, to offboarding. The role will ensure that employment law and best practice is adhered to in all People matters.
