About Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation
A singing bowl meditation is for anyone who wants to feel calm and relaxed and is a good introduction for those new to the art of meditation.
Gentle continuous tones encourage relaxation and may contribute to lower levels of stress hormones and help alleviate tension and restore a sense of calm and focus the mind, in a world full of distractions.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a blanket and relax into a feeling of wonderful wellbeing.
Many people find that they sleep really well after just one session!
Led by Sue Martin- an artist and cultural practitioner who has been practising Buddhism for around 10 years using Singing Bowl Meditation as a complementary relaxation technique in her art workshops in Wiltshire and within the Criminal Justice System in the UK.
