Be bathed by the sounds of Oms and Himalayan bowls, journal your self-care intentions for Autumn (stripping back, simplifying and softening) and lay back into adeeply, releasing meditation to let go completely of tensions in your body and mind.
Linda Ward is a trained mindfulness teacher with qualifications in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy. She is also a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Linda has 15-years personal mindfulness meditation experience and 10-years experience in guiding groups. She has had the joy of sharing the benefits of mindfulness with hundreds of people to raise focus, presence and self-acceptance.
