About Creative Writing for Wellbeing

Join in over 6 weeks to discover the transformative power of creative writing and journaling.

Explore creative writing and journaling, aimed at supporting the development of creative writing skills for self-awareness and personal growth. A judgment free, supportive space in which you can flourish, led by experienced writing for wellbeing practitioner, Frances Owen.

Open to all, any level or writing experience and none, previous participants and new! All you need is a pen, paper, and an open mind. Join us and see where your words can take you.

This season:

  • Writing techniques designed to help you connect with your thoughts and feelings
  • Journaling to find meaning and direction in life.
  • How prose and poetry can be used to connect with old memories and offer fresh perspectives.
  • Learn exercises and prompts you can use anywhere, with encouragement to continue your work at home

All whilst having fun and enjoying working in a group, helping participants to develop self-confidence and explore their creativity.
