Come and work with us at Wiltshire Creative, and help us continue to make Salisbury Arts Centre, Salisbury Playhouse and Salisbury International Arts Festival a fabulous place to work. Our staff are important to us, as without them we couldn’t achieve our vision of enriching the cultural and creative life of Salisbury and Wiltshire. The range of jobs within our industry is highly varied, from Producers to Finance Assistants, Youth Theatre leaders to set builders, all of which need to be filled to keep our organisation running. We employ full-time, part-time and casual staff in most departments, as well as freelance creative teams for our in-house productions.

Our staff receive 20 days leave plus bank holidays per year (pro rata), rising in line with length of service. Wiltshire Creative offers staff two complimentary tickets for each Wiltshire Creative production, as well as invitations to press nights, occasional ticket offers for visiting productions, and a discount in our cafes and bars

We offer both part time and full time positions as well as freelance creative teams for our in-house productions. Weconsider flexible and remote working requests, subject to the requirements of the role.Wiltshire Creative staff have monthly staff meetings, regular team meetings, regular one to one’s annual appraisals and an open channel for training requests. We also offer well-being activities for staff, including walks, Tea and Talk, and lots of cake!
