Wiltshire Creative – CANCELLED events at Salisbury Playhouse and Salisbury Arts Centre

Over the past few days, along with businesses and individuals around the world, we have had to make some difficult decisions. This year’s Salisbury International Arts Festival has been cancelled and activities and events at Salisbury Playhouse and Salisbury Arts Centre have also been cancelled. This period has now been extended to cover all performances and activities up to the end of July, with both venues remaining closed for the time being.

In these challenging and unprecedented times, we hope you understand the difficult but necessary decision we have made, and hope that you will support us in the future when, more than ever, the organisation will need all the support it can to continue offering its full range of arts, entertainment and cultural activities.

If you have purchased tickets for any performances during this period our Ticket Sales team will be in touch in the next few weeks. We ask for your patience and understanding as we do this. Please do not call or visit the venues in the coming days.

Any further updates and information on events after this period will be posted on our website.

We are asking customers if they are in a position to donate the value (or part value) of their tickets to support the organisation, and help the cultural sector to cope, in these challenging times. We understand not everyone can but, as a charitable organisation that relies heavily on ticket sales, the current situation will naturally have a devastating financial impact for us.  Your donation would be hugely appreciated and help us get back to creatively serving our community as soon as we can.

Thank you for your understanding and support at this difficult time for everyone.
