Friday Nights at the Arts Centre 

Enjoy the bar at Salisbury Arts Centre every Friday from 6pm - 10pm, with live entertainment from 7.30pm. 

Salisbury Arts Centre is excited to be opening the bar on Friday evenings from 6pm - 10pm. Enjoy a drink in our beautiful building with live entertainment from 7.30pm.  Our Friday nights will give you a taste of some local talent and then once a month the opportunity to take part in the BIG SMART QUIZ.  We are so looking forward to being able to welcome you back into our building in the evenings again.  We will also have homemade food on offer with our kitchen serving chilli with rice, cheese, sour cream and guacamole (veggie chilli and gluten free options will be available). 

Tables must be booked in advance (for free excluding the Quiz) with a maximum of 6 people per table. You'll get an e-ticket to confirm your reservation which you can show on arrival on a tablet or phone. Then sit back and relax and enjoy table service.
Face coverings should be warn when not sat at a table. Please note there is a charge for taking part in the quiz, but this payment will be taken on the night.


Friday 30 October - Big Smart Quiz

Salisbury Arts Centre is excited to be hosting the BIG SMART QUIZ with quizmaster Nick De Souza.  Come and test your quizzing skills against other teams, you even get to choose your own buzzer sound​! Prizes for the winning team! It’s all digital so for more information on how the quiz works see here 
Tickets £5 per person to participate in the quiz (this payment will be taken via a contactless method when you arrive).


Friday 6 November - Live Music by Daisy Chapman from 7.30pm 

Hailing from Bristol, UK, Daisy Chapman is an extremely experienced and well-travelled pianist, singer and songwriter. Since 2004 Daisy has recorded 5 studio albums/EPs and released 1 live album, all penned and arranged by her. The music comprises of string quartets, percussion and choirs, not to mention her outstanding vocal range and 'Nymanesque' piano.The songs tell dark stories of love, lust and loss as well as peculiar tales from history. Live, Daisy teams ups with violinist Sue Lord for her extensive tours across Europe. The orchestral timbre of the album tracks are replaced with solo violin, and stunningly accurate looped vocals - goosebumps every time. Outside of her solo work, Daisy can also be spotted on stage with prog outfit Venus Principle as vocalist and pianist, and was also a long standing member of prog rocker collective Crippled Black Phoenix from 2009 - 2015. Daisy lives in the South West of England with her husband, daughter and dog Piper.


Friday 13 November - Open Mic Night hosted by Thom Belk

Enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the Arts Centre bar and see some of the best talent that Salisbury has to offer, hosted by Thom Belk.  This Open Mic is open to anyone who has something they wish to perform; that might be music, poetry, comedy or even some magic!
