Island Life Exhibition Artist Panel Discussion
An online panel discussion as part of Salisbury International Arts Festival comprising of curators and artists involved in the Island Life exhibition.
This exhibition brings together artists who address the political, social or economic conditions of living on islands. In particular, the show includes artists who explore concerns and experiences of the Global South.
The themes further explored by the project are issues around climate change, indigenous activism, artistic solidarity, friendship, colonisation, and the struggle for identity in relation to island life and living.
Ticket holders will be sent joining instructions for the zoom on the day of the event.
After the premiere of a pre-recorded Island Life discussion lasting around 45 minutes, there will be the chance to take part in a live Q&A with the project curators and creatives.
