Job Description

Wiltshire Creative is seeking a People Administrator to support the People function. The role would suit an individual with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career. It will be a varied HR generalist role, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The initial focus of the role will be to work with the Head of People & Resources to finalise implementation of our HRIS and update policies and procedures. There will be longer-term scope to develop as an HR Advisor (subject to training and/or experience) supporting line managers with casework.
