The Communications and Sales Director leads on the strategic planning of Wiltshire Creative’s overall communications, marketing, sales and audience development and plays a central role in income generation for the theatre. They work closely with the Executive Director and Artistic Director to develop and articulate Wiltshire Creative’s brand position and visual identity. A key member of Wiltshire Creative’s Senior Management Team, the Communications and Sales Director contributes to the overall strategic development of the organisation as well as leading the Communications and Sales department.
